Complete Solaria, Inc. and Freedom Acquisition I Corp. announced that Marathon Capital LLC will be acting as Lead Capital Markets Advisor to Complete Solaria and Cohen & Company Capital Markets, a division of J.V.B. Financial Group, LLC, will be acting as Lead Capital Markets Advisor to Freedom, in connection with the business combination between Complete Solaria and Freedom.

Complete Solaria has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Freedom Acquisition I Corp. (NYSE: FACT) (“Freedom”). Upon closing of the business combination, which is expected in the first half of 2023, the combined Company is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the new ticker “CSLR”.
